Founded in 1991, AS Expobank (the Bank) is one of the oldest banks in Latvia, with a branch in Cyprus and a representative office in Hong Kong.

Moody`s Investors Service, a leading international rating agency, currently assigns the Bank a credit rating for long-term obligations of B1, with a stable outlook. This is the highest assigned credit rating among all local commercial banks in Latvia (that are privately owned and rated by international rating agencies).
 
2014 was another successful year for the Bank, with a net profit reaching 3,541 thousand euro. Stability remains the key priority, supported by the Bank`s capital adequacy ratio, as of 31 December 2014, of 35.5% and the liquidity ratio of 102.2%.

  • International passport of Authorized Signatory, director and UBO
  • Documents for prooving stable standing of Beneficial Owner and Authorized Signatory (request the list from banking manager)
  • Documents for prooving the source of funds

If the company is more than one year Certificate of Good Standing should be provided.
