Loyal Bank is an international bank specilalising in Private Banking, Investment Banking and Wealth Management for individuals and Retail Banking for corporations.
The Bank's Head Office is in St. vincent and the Grenadines and has a European representative office in Budapest, Hungary. The Customer Service Team is available in nine languages.
Required documents:
- Full set of corporate documents, notarized and affixed with apostille.
- Internal passport of acc holder, director and UBO
- Foreign passport of acc holder, director and UBO
- Utility Bill for residential address confirmation for acc holder, director and UBO
- Bank reference for acc holder, director and UBO
- Business plan
If the company is older than 1 year the Certificate of Good Standing affixed with apostille should be provided
All documents should be in English. In case of other languages, the documents should be translated and chopped by translation agency.
Min deposit on the acc:
no required. Initial deposit of 1500 USD is required to cover expenses for digipass, card and initial PIN dispatch, opening the acc and security amount.
Time frame:
7 w.d. since documents and forms are sent to the Bank.
