Established in 1998, Valartis Bank (Liechtenstein) AG is a fully licensed bank domiciled in the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Since December 2009, the former subsidiary of the Vorarlberger Landes- und Hypothekenbank AG is part of Valartis Group AG, a Swiss quoted financial group with offices in Liechtenstein, Vienna, Zurich, Geneva, Moscow and Luxembourg.

Valartis group concentrates on the asset management business with wealthy private clients and institutional investors. Apart from classic asset management and investment advice Valartis Group manages and distributes innovative niche investment products ("satellites") and offers special products. For this reason they combine a broad range of more traditional banking services with specialised advice and bank services from the Asset Management, Corporate Finance and Private Equity sectors and with innovative investment products in the investment classes of Stocks, Fixed Income, Alternative Investments and Real Estate. Required documents for opening corporate acc:

• full set of corporate documents, notarized and affixed with apostille.
• If the company is older than 1 year the Certificate of Good Standing affixed with apostille should be provided
• passport of acc holder and UBO
• CV of Authorized Signatory
• Signed KYC form in original

All documents should be in English. In case of other languages, the documents should be translated and chopped by translation agency.
