The history of Rietumu Bank started in 1992. The Bank is one of the first private banks in Latvia. It has representative offices in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, France, Romania.
The main goals of the Bank are providing services to the enterprises that maintain the international economic processes through exercising financial transactions in countries of CIS, Europe and Northern America.
Required documents:
- Full set of corporate documents notarized and affixed with apostille
- Internal passport of Authorized Signatory, director and UBO
- International passport of Authorized Signatory, director and UBO
- Documents for prooving stable standing of Beneficial Owner and Authorized Signatory (request the list from banking manager)
- Documents for prooving the source of funds
If the company is more than one year Certificate of Good Standing should be provided.
Min. deposit requirements:
For european companies - EUR 5000
For offshore companies - EUR 10 000
Time frame:
7-10 w.d. since documents and forms are delivered to the head office of the Bank in Riga.
Other information:
Personal visit is not required.
English and Russian speaking staff.
The Bank may request any additional information or documents as per its discretion.
